About the Program

The Commit Goaltending High Performance Program is designed for goaltenders who are serious about elevating their game.
Limited to just 16 elite athletes each season, this program delivers world-class coaching, a structured development system, and an environment built for excellence.

This isn’t just training — it’s a complete, intentional development experience for goaltenders committed to reaching their next level.

All sessions are held at the Tri-Leisure Centre in Spruce Grove, AB. Tri-Leisure Centre

Summer Development Program

May 4 - August 20 (16 Weeks)

What’s Included in the Commit Goaltending High Performance Program:

44+ Hours of On-Ice Development
Two elite-level sessions per week, maximizing technical skill, game application, and decision-making under pressure.

2:1 Student-to-Coach Ratio
Unmatched individual attention — ensuring every rep is coached, corrected, and reinforced for maximum growth.

Weekly Strength & Conditioning
Custom programs tailored specifically to the demands of elite goaltending, focusing on explosive power, agility, and injury prevention.

Video Review and Personalized Feedback
Break down habits, sharpen tactical awareness, and track progression throughout the program.

Classroom and Presentation Sessions
Covering advanced goaltending tactics, mental toughness, and game-read strategies — building both mind and body.

Custom Goalie Curriculum
A focused progression system built around execution, efficiency, and elevating elite performance standards.

Integrated Mental Performance Training
Tools and strategies designed to enhance focus, resilience, and consistency under pressure.

Mentorship and Extended Development Support
Ongoing access to coaching, resources, and mentorship even beyond the ice — because true development doesn’t stop at the rink doors.

Age & Program Fit

This program is designed for goaltenders U15 to U18, as well as junior and Pro-level goaltenders (birth years 2012 and older).

It is intended for goalies who have already built a strong technical base and are now looking to refine, reinforce, and elevate their game.

Note: Exceptional younger athletes may be accepted on a case-by-case basis following evaluation.

In-Season Development Program

Structured in two focused phases to align with the demands of the hockey calendar:

Phase 1: September 7 - December 20 (15 Weeks)

Phase 2: January 4 - March 30 (12 Weeks)

Both phases are designed to elevate in-season performance while providing consistent coaching and support throughout the ups and downs of a full hockey season.

Each phase includes:

  • Weekly semi-private ice sessions focused on progression

  • Video analysis of practices and game footage

  • Technical refreshers and targeted skill refinement

  • Ongoing performance check-ins and personalized feedback

  • Weekly strength and conditioning programming

  • Mentorship and access to exclusive development resources
